This is an applciation seeking relaxation of the condition imposed upon the Applicant vide order dated 18th April, 2018 passed under section 389 of Cr.P.C. The clause (ii) of the operative order is modified as follows:

"The Applicant shall report to the Sessions Court, Satara once in six months on the date assigned by the Sessions Court. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the Sessions Court shall report to the High Court and the prosecution would be at liberty to file application for cancellation of bail."

Criminal Application is allowed in the above terms and stands disposed of.
