By order dated 2nd April, 2018 the Registrar (Judicial II) had granted four weeks time to the appellant to remove office objections. i.e. to file synopsis in proper proforma. The appellant was informed that on failure to remove the office objections the registration would be refused.

The appellant had not removed the office objections within the stipulated time. Hence the registration is refused. pps

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the office objections would be removed within a period of two weeks. The applicant has given reasons in paragraph nos.8, 9 and 10 for not removing the office objections within the stipulated time, and for condoning the delay. In view of the reasons stated in paragraph nos.8 to 10 the delay in filing the application is condoned and time to remove office objections is extended by two weeks. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) pps
