Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant tenders an apology for non-removal of office objections in time.

Subject to removal of office objections by 19 June 2024, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and the writ petition is restored to the file. If these office objections are not removed within stipulated time, earlier order dismissing the writ petition shall stand restored.
