2] The learned APP submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 26th November 2018, the Investigating Officer has verified the fact and the school leaving certificate of the applicant is a genuine document. 3] Thus, the applicant is minor and juvenile in conflict with law. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the applicant by the police is not necessary.
