Having heard both the sides and finding that the request is to ensure disposal of a pending revision application before the State Government expeditiously, all that we direct is that if any such revision application is pending, the State Government shall decide it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. 3.
