After hearing learned Counsel for applicant for some time, since Court was not inclined to allow the application and learned A.P.P., on instructions of Investigating Officer Mr. R.V. Relekar made a statement that charge in this crime is already framed. Learned Counsel for applicant, on instructions, do not press the application. In the event trial is expedited. Since charge is already stated to be framed. Application stands disposed of as dismissed since not pressed. Sessions Case No.158 of 2017 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Sangli, is expedited. The concerned Court shall make an endeavour to decide said case, expeditiously on or before 31.08.2019.
