By this Application the Applicant wife is seeking to transfer of Marriage Petition No.1057/2017 filed by the Respondent husband u/s.13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shivaji Nagar, Pune to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur for hearing and final disposal on merits.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that she received instructions from his client that they have no objection if the matter is transferred from Shivaji Nagar, Pune to Kolhapur Court.

a.

The M.P.No.1057/2017 filed by the Respondent husband u/s.13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shivaji Nagar, Pune is transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur for hearing on merits.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

c.

The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
