By this Civil Application, the Applicants/claimants are seeking condonation of 17 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 1st September, 2015 passed by the Learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur in Civil Misc. Application No. 360 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and averment made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Sajakali Jamadar
