This application is for bail. The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The judgment of conviction is confirmed by the Sessions Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that cheque amount was of Rs.11,415/­ and as per order of trial Court, applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.14,000/­. The applicant is ready to deposit the said amount within 15 days. In view thereof, the order of

substantive sentence of imprisonment stands suspended and the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/­ with one or two sureties in the like amount subject to condition of applicant depositing amoiunt of Rs.14,000/­ in the Court within 15 days. 2.
