By the present application, the applicant seeks directions to the respondent Revenue Authorities to conduct an enquiry in respect of the illegal sub divisions of Survey No. 123, Hissa No. 2 and for cancellation of the illegal sub divisions carried out to the said authority. In the alternative the applicant who is original respondent no. 1 prays for listing of Writ Petition No. 1812 of 2018 for final hearing. varsha

After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant/original respondent no.1 submits that he does not prays for relief clause (a) in the application.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners i.e. original Complainants and Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have no objection for listing the matter for final hearing.

Accordingly, Interim Application is disposed of with the above directions.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners i.e. original complainants states that in the inter alia, Petitioner nos. 6, 10 and 13 have expired. The learned counsel for the Petitioners may take appropriate steps to bring legal representative of the said petitioners on record within two weeks.

Registry to place the Writ Petition No. 1812 of 2018 for final hearing alongwith such applications for bringing legal heirs of petitioner nos. 6, 10, 13.
