The prisoner undergoing imprisonment since more than 12 years now has on 5/10/2018 sent a letter for expeditious completion of subsequent Sessions Case No. 600074 of 2015 at Sessions Court, Karad. He submits that if that trial is completed soon, he may get benefit of concurrent punishment. 2.

Learned APP is opposing any intervention at this stage by this court. We permit the prisoner to move Sessions Court, Karad only for expeditious completion of his Sessions Case. 3.
