By this application the applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No. 92 of 2024 filed by the respondent which is pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj at Vaduj. 2.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant stays at Kachki Mala Katarkhatav, Taluka Khatav, District-Satara. The distance between Satara to Panvel is approximately 300 kms. The applicant finding difficult to attend the Court dates at Panvel. The Applicant is a lady. She has no source of income. She stays with her two year's son at Kachki 1/2

Though the respondent is served, none present for the respondent. Hence, I am deciding this application on merit. 4.

The applicant stays at Kachki Mala Katarkhatav, Taluka Khatav, District-Satara. The distance between Satara to Panvel is approximately 300 kms. She finding difficult to attend Court dates at Panvel. It is settled principle of law that convenience of the wife has to be considered over the husband. Considering these facts, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Marriage Petition No.92 of 2024 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel to be transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj at Vaduj. III.

Both parties to appear before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj at Vaduj.

Application stands disposed off.
