The above Writ Petition was disposed of vide order dated 28th August 2024. By the said order, we had recorded a statement on behalf of the Government that a decision would be taken on the proposal forwarded for renewal of CL-III Licence No.115, Pacherisada, Taluka Guhagar, Dist.Ratnagiri for 2019-2020 to 2024-2025 (issued to the Petitioner) within a period of three weeks from 28th August 2024.

Though there was some delay on taking the aforesaid decision, the same has now been taken and in fact the licence has been renewed in favour of the Petitioner. Considering that our order dated 28th August 2024 is now duly complied with, no further orders are now necessary. 3.
