Heard learned counsel for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. The applicant has recorded the reasons in paragraphs 4 to 7. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 20th October 2015 passed by this Court is recalled. Civil application No.318 of 2015 is restored to file. 2.
