It is submitted on behalf of the Applicant that after filing of bail application, charge-sheet is filed.

Learned APP submitted that let the Applicant to take a chance before the sessions Court. His bail application was rejected earlier to filing of the charge-sheet. After filing of the charge-sheet, he has not applied for bail before the sessions Court. Hence liberty is granted to withdraw this application and it is disposed of. The Applicant may move to the concerned sessions Court. The sessions court will decide the application on the basis of the materials filed with charge-sheet.
