In view of this subsequent development noted above, learned advocate seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the trial court for bail. Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. In the event if any bail application is filed by the appellant in the trial court, the same shall be decided on merits and in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of filing of such an application.
