Heard learned Counsel for the parties. These five writ petitions challenge an order passed by the Industrial Court on an application of interim relief in a review application. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to canvass submissions forming part of the present petition before the Industrial Court in review. The petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn. The Industrial Court shall decide the review application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks after this order is pointed out to it. Both parties shall appear before the Industrial Court on 11 January 2020 at 11.00 a.m. and produce an authenticated copy of this order.
