The petitioner is challenging order passed by the Industrial Court No.1, Kolhapur in Complaint (ULP) No.53 of 2019 below Exhibit-U-94 rejecting his application seeking permission to crossexamine respondent Nos.2 to 4. 2.

The Industrial Court rejected the application mainly on the ground that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not led evidence and, therefore, cannot be subjected to cross-examination. 3.

The effect of not stepping in witness box needs to be considered by the Industrial Court at the time of final disposal of the complaint. Keeping the said question open, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
