Considering this, the application is allowed. The proposed Respondent Nos.1A, 1B, 1C and 1D are allowed to be brought on record in Writ Petition No.1194/2022 in place of the original Respondent No.1 Appa Powar. Amendment to the title cause of the Petition be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Main Writ Petition be listed in due course.
