A praecipe is moved by the counsel for the petitioner for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 17th February, 2022. He submits that in the said order, in paragraph No.2, name of "Mr Rushikesh C. Barge" is wrongly mentioned, same be replaced with "Mr. Venkatesh Shashtri".

Accordingly, order dated 17th February, 2022, stands corrected to read the said sentence as under :- "Mr. Venkatesh Shastri, learned counsel appearing for the Decree Holder would oppose the prayer for entertaining the writ petition and supports the impugned order." [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.] BGP.
