After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No. 9/2018 registered with Waduj Police Station, District Satara, now culminated into Special Case (POCSO) No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Waduj does not commence within a period one year from today.
Leave and liberty granted.
