At the outset, Mrs. Shinde, learned APP states that the trial has progressed considerably and only two witnesses have remained to be examined. She states that the trial will be completed within a period of two months.

In view of said statement, the Criminal Bail Application is disposed of by granting leave to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application if the trial is not completed within a period of two months.
