By this Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C., the Applicants have sought pre-arrest bail in C.R.No.879/2019 registered at Satara City Police Station for offences punishable under sections 420, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The said crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by the Respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the Applicants and Respondent No.2 state that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. It is stated that the Applicant Nos.2 and 3 have issued a cheque in favour of Respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the Applicants, under 1/2

P.H. Jayani 04 ABA2825.2019.doc instructions, makes a statement that the cheque will be honoured on receipt of the compensation from the Land Acquisition Authority. 3.

Considering the nature of accusations and the fact that the parties have settled the dispute amicably, in my considered view, it would be just to grant pre-arrest bail to the Applicants. Hence, the following order :- (a) In the event of arrest of the Applicants in C.R.No.879/2019 registered with Satara City Police Station, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Parties are at liberty to file proceedings before the appropriate Court, if required, for quashing of the FIR.
