The learned Counsel for the Respondents -Management states that the decision has been taken and the application of the Petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected holding that the Petitioner is not eligible. A reference is made to Government Resolution dated 21 September 2017 and it is stated that the death of the employee occurred in August 2012 and the application was made in April 2016.

In light of this order passed by the Respondents -Management, we leave it open to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps to challenge the said communication dated 3 May 2024. If it is challenged, then it will be considered on its own merits. 3.
