In this Order Typographical error was occurred i.e. in the sixth line of the first paragraph instead of mentioning the advocate for the appellant has neither supplied copies for issuing notices to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 nor deposited printing charges, the advocate for the appellant has neither supplied copies for issuing notices to the respondent nos.1 to 4, nor deposited printing charges was

mentioned.

The sixth line of 1st paragraph of order dt. 06.12.2024 was inadvertently typed as, "the advocate for the appellant has neither supplied copies for issuing notices to the respondent nos.1 to 4, nor deposited printing charges was mentioned.".

Instead of typing, "the advocate for the appellant has neither supplied copies for issuing notices to the respondent nos.3 amd 4, nor deposited printing charges was mentioned.".

Accordingly Order dt. 06.12.2024 stands corrected.
