The petitioner is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with her advocate. Learned APP appears for the Respondent/State. Joint prayer of parties is to quash and set aside chargesheet under section 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 of IPC read with sections 3(1) (x)(xi) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and section 7(1) (d) of Protection of Civil Rights Act.

Parties are neighbours to each other. The petitioner has tendered apology to respondent No.2 and respondent No.2 has accepted it. It appears that villagers also intervened and because of understanding administered by them, the petitioner tendered apology. 3.

In this situation, taking over all view of the matter and to see that harmony continues in village, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
