The applicants are apprehending arrest in CR No. 223/2017 dated 15.9.2017 registered with Karkamb Police Station, District Solapur under Section 304, 447, 143, 147, 148 149, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 235 of the Bombay Police Act.

This Court by Orders dated 23.11.2017 and 7.12.2017 has granted prearrest bail to the coaccused Smt. Nandabai Vilas Sawant predominantly on the ground that, the Medical Officer has given opinion as to the probable cause of death of the deceased as "Cardio respiratory arrest due to acute myocardial infraction" and therefore this Court has opined that deceased had natural death due to old age. The role attributed to the applicants is same and similar to that of Smt. Nandabai Sawant and therefore the applicants are entitled to be protected by prearrest bail on the ground of parity. Hence, the following order.
a) In the event of arrest in CR No. 223/2017 dated 15.9.2017 registered with Karkamb Police Station, District Solapur, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/ each with one or two separate solvent local sureties in the like amount. b) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and /or influence the persecution witnesses.
