Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondent­State. Our attention to be drawn to the order dated 9th September, 2014 (Exh. M to the Petition) and in particular to para 10 which reads as follows: "10.In case the orders passed by the Respondent Authorities are adverse to the interest of the Petitioners, the effect and operation of such orders shall stand suspended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order by the Petitioners so as to facilitate the Petitioners to resort to the appropriate remedies of appeal or revision, as permissible in law."

We are inclined to pass the same order in the present petition. We accordingly direct that in case the final order of liquidation is passed by the Respondent Authorities which are adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, the effect and operation of such order shall stand suspended for period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order by the Petitioner so as to facilitate the Petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedies of appeal or revision, as permissible in law.

The petition shall stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The affidavit­in­reply tendered by the learned AGP is taken on record. 4.
