1] By the present application, the application is seeking modification of condition No.9(iv) of the Order dated 5th July 2018 passed by the Co­Ordinate Bench (Smt. S.S. Jadhav, J.).

By the said condition, the applicant is directed not to reside in village Mhasewadi, Taluka Karmala, District­Solapur till conclusion of trial. 2] The record indicates that, the Co­Ordinate Bench after taking into consideration attending circumstances has imposed the said condition upon the applicant and particularly the fact that the victim is a resident of the said village. 3] In view of the above, I find no reason to modify the said condition. Application is accordingly rejected.
