Accused - Gurusidhappa Chanappa Karale in Criminal Appeal No.1296 of 2023 came to be arrested during the pendency of this application. His Appeal has become infructuous. 3.

Learned APP first informant is present. She is in need of legal assistance.

Hence, it is disposed of.

Both the Appellants are senior citizens. So if regular bail application is filed, the concerned Court to decide the application as early as possible not lateron than 15 days. The trial Court to decide the application on merits including the ground of parity. 7.
