Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the civil application was filed earlier to harvest sugarcane crop in the suit land. He submits that according to him, the order of status quo was continued only upto 20.12.2017 and he has already harvested the crop. So, this application has become infructuous.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel, the Civil Application is disposed of as infructuous.
