Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners shall approach the State Government against the impugned order by filing revision application under Section 259 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The only limited prayer is that some limited protection may be granted.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of, as withdrawn in order to enable the petitioners to take recourse to the alternate remedy. The impugned order is hereby stayed for a period of three weeks.

Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
