This is an Application for condonation of delay in filing Criminal Application for Leave to file Appeal against the Judgment and Order of acquittal dated 11.05.2023 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gadhinglaj, Dist. Kolhapur. 3.

The reasons for delay in preferring the present Application have been satisfactorily explained in para Nos.2 & 3 of the Application. The delay does not seem to be intentional.
