The Petitioners / Org. Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 have preferred this Writ Petition challenging the order dated 21st November, 2017 passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 614 of 2012 by the 4th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kolhapur. 2.

On due consideration of submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the light of the order passed by the Trial Court, I am of the view that no case is made out to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The order passed by the Trial Court is reasoned and in accordance with the law. In this view, I am not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition stands dismissed, with no order as to costs.
