By this petition, the Petitioner has sought the following relief : "a.

That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ in that nature or any other appropriate writ thereby directing Respondent No. 3 and 4 to appoint the Petitioner as Peon in office of Respondent No.2 under NT-B category pursuant to the merit list published for the year 2014-2015 by Respondent No.2".

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are the Superintendent and the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, the State Authorities. The Petitioner is seeking a relief pertaining to the service with the State Government. For that purpose, the Petitioner will have to approach

Keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the writ petition.
