In this matter, praecipe is moved by way of speaking to the minutes of order dated 9th September, 2019. In the said order, in paragraph No.13 add "in her maiden name i.e. Gayatri Gopinathrao Nalawade" after the word 'wife' in last line. The paragraph No.13 be read as "Writ Petition Stamp No.33942 of 2018 is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.50,000/-

Pradnya Bhogale 2 wp 8983-18 & Anr. speaking .doc (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to wife in her maiden name i.e. Gayatri Gopinathrao Nalawade within a period of 4 weeks from today."

In paragraph No.18 add "in her maiden name i.e. Gayatri Gopinathrao Nalawade"

after the word 'wife'.

Paragraph No.18 be read as "As the amount of maintenance is already deposited in terms of the order passed by the trial Court and this Court, the wife is permitted to withdraw the same in her maiden name i.e. Gayatri Gopinathrao Nalawade." 4.

Necessary correction be carried out in the order dated 9th September, 2019.
