Learned AGP opposed the petition.

In view of the present facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the petitioner, we are satisied that the respondent No.1 needs to decide the demand application dated 22nd November 2022 at Exh.A for allotment of 0.93 Ares land to the petitioner from the available Government land pool as demanded, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from 23rd December 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, assures that petitioner shall remain present before the respondent No.1 along with copy of this order on 23rd December 2025. 5.

Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to ile an application in the proper format. Liberty granted. If such an application is made, undoubtedly the respondent No.1 shall decide the application within the aforesaid period.
