Learned counsel for the Appellant Insurance Company states that the present appeal itself is withdrawn in Lokadalat on 25/09/2021, and as such, nothing remains in the applications and Appeal. The Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn and pending interim applications are also disposed of accordingly. 2.

In view of the disposal of the appeal and applications, the Respondent Claimants is/are at liberty to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest which has been deposited before the concerned Tribunal, if not already withdrawn.
