Even assuming the petitioner had filed Miscellaneous Application for restoration of Misc. Application No. 455 of 2014 and Misc. Application No. 456 of 2014 in October, 2014 but the fact remains in para-6 of the order dated 19th October, 2018, we declined to condone the delay of 468 days, having found no sufficient cause was shown. Thus, there is no error apparent on the face of the record. The Review Petition is therefore dismissed.
