This is an application for condonation of delay of 338 days in filing the criminal Appeal. The Applicant has challenged the Judgment and order dated 17/11/2021 passed by learned Special Judge, Kolhapur in Special (POCSO) Case No.228 of 2020. The order was passed on 17/11/2021. The major sentence imposed on him was R.I. for 5 years, besides imposition of fine. 2.
