By this Civil Application the applicant seeks restoration of the petition which came to be dismissed. On 6 th December, 2017 it came to be restored and was placed on board on 8 th December, 2017 for admission. The writ petition was once dismissed on 8 th December, 2017.

Mr. Rajeshirke, learned Advocate for the applicant has set out reasons for his inability to remain present on 8 th December, 2017 in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the averments in this Civil Application there is sufficient cause to restore the writ petition so that the same can be heard on merits. 1/2

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) List the petition for admission as per CMIS.
