In crime No.447/2017 for offence punishable under sections 307, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Akkalkot North police station, District Solapur the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail. 3.

Though the applicant is not specifically named in the F.I.R., however, in the supplementary statement of the complainant, the applicant is alleged to be one of the co­accused

Considering the role attributed and the fact that there are no criminal antecedent, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. In view thereof, ad­interim order granting protection in favour of the applicant vide order dated December 19, 2017 is hereby confirmed.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed.

6.

The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

7.

The applicant shall co­operate with the investigating agency.

8.
