Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 22 November 2022 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Satara on an application for interim relief (Exhibit U-2) in Complaint (ULP) No.92 of 2022, whereby the transfer order issued by the Petitioner dated 15 July 2022 came to be stayed temporarily till final disposal of the complaint.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that there are certain observations in the impugned order which may prejudice the Petitioners - employer at the time of final decision of the complaint.

It is trite the observations made while deciding the application for temporary injunction are tentative and ought not to influence the final adjudication of the complaint.

Having regard to the nature of the order and the time lag, it may be expedient to decide the Complaint (ULP) No.92 of 2022 itself finally. 6.

Hence, the Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Member, Industrial Court at Satara to decide Complaint (ULP) No.92 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that the learned Member, Industrial Court, shall not be influenced by any of the observations made in the impugned order while deciding Complaint (ULP) No.92 of 2022 finally.
