This is an application for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.1 - Babasaheb Sidgonda Patil, since deceased, on record.

Respondent No.1/orig. Plaintiff died on 19.6.2017 leaving behind respondents No.1a, 1b, 1c, 1d­1, 1d­2 &1d­3.

In paragraph­4 it is asserted that the applicants learnt about the death of respondent No.1­landlord after receipt of letter dated 2.11.2017 from the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1/plaintiff.

In view thereof, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a sufficient cause for

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.
