By these Interim Applications, the Applicants seek condonation of delay of 314 days in filing the Review Petitions. The delay is explained in paragraph Nos.2 to 4 satisfactorily. The objections raised in the affidavit in reply by the original Petitioners has no substance. All the the Interim Applications are accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of 314 days in filing the Review Petitions is condoned.

There shall be no order as to costs. If there are any office objections, the Applicants are directed to remove the same before the next date.
