This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased Shivaji Dattu Chavan - respondent No.1 (b), who died on 2nd September, 2019. Photostat copy of his death certificate is at Exhibit A.

There is delay of 17 days in filing the application for bringing legal representative on record. For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The applicants are permitted to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1(b) on record as stated in the application. Necessary amendment to be carried out in the memo of appeal within one week from today.
