Matter is placed today for direction. Ms.Bane, learned AGP for the State tenders a copy of the letter dated 20.01.2023 from the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune and Arbitrator Pune, Satara & Solapur forwarded to the learned AGP stating that the applications filed by the Petitioners would be decided on or before 11.02.2023. Letter is taken on record. Statement made by learned AGP is accepted.

An order that would be passed by the authority shall be communicated to the Petitioners within one week from the date of passing of such order. In view of the statement made by learned AGP, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed off. Husen

So far as prayer Clause (b) to (e) are concerned, the learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press the same. Statement is accepted. 4.

Writ petition is disposed off in view the aforesaid statement. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the order that would be passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune and Arbitrator Pune, Satara & Solapur, the Petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings permissible in law.
