ORAL JUDGEMENT : (PER : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J) Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith and heard learned counsel for the parties.

The only relief sought by each Petitioner is for a direction to expeditiously consider the proposals pending with the Deputy Director of Education, Pune in the matter of including the names of Petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali. It is not in dispute that the appointment of each Petitioner stands approved by the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilha Parishad, Solapur. On the basis of such approval, the Education Officer (Secondary) has forwarded the proposals to the Respondent 3/4

No.3-Deputy Director of Education, Pune. Though, these proposals have been forwarded on 13/12/2022, no decision on the same has been taken. In these facts, the following order is passed.

i) The Deputy Director of Education, Pune shall consider and decide the respective proposals seeking inclusion of name of the Petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken on the proposals be communicated to the Petitioners.

ii) Needless to state that on inclusion of names of the Petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali, they would be entitled to other consequential benefits.

Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
