Petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus by joining as many as five Respondents including Indian Banks Association, United Forum of Bank Unions, Reserve Bank of India in respect of revised pensionary benefits.

We do not find any request made by the Petitioner to his employer except an Advocate's notice. Unless a demand is made and refused, or if the same is not being decided, writ can be issued or if it is rejected, writ can be issued to examine the said decision. Therefore, we leave it open to the Petitioner to make an appropriate

Vinaa Khadpe 2 15-wp-1802-2024.doc representation to the employer of the Petitioner in respect of the demand made in this Petition. Once such an application / representation is made, the concerned employer will look into the same as per law and respond to the petitioner. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
