Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and respondents.

The petitioners have challenged the communication dated 30th September 2022 thereby reducing the honorarium payable to the petitioner. It is submitted that the honorarium is reduced on the ground that on the date of appointment, the petitioner was age barred.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by fling Original Application, but the same is not heard and the next date is fxed as 4th January 2023.

Considering that the matter is pending with the Tribunal and the Tribunal has given the next date as 4th Gaikwad RD 1/2

905.WPNo.158442022(C).doc January 2023 and that no orders are passed by the Tribunal on the application of petitioners, if the impugned order is not given effect to it shall not be effectuated till 4th January 2023.

It is made clear that this interim protection is granted till 4th January 2023.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
